1. It's good for mom's financial independency. It is important because when her husband become incompetence she can supply her family.
- In dramatically example, If her husband die or she divorce when she don't work her family will face financial suffering.

2. Find her self identity and accomplish her dream.
- Stay-at-home is only for her family. This is not a her life. If she working outside the home she can become a good example for her children.

3. It's also good for herself because she can get equal status with her husband.
- When wife dosen't work husband consciously or unconsciously disregard his wife.

1. Mom has obligation that care her children. Her chidren is baby. Baby's times are important. Baby forms their personality in that times. They have to get mom's love sufficiently.
- I know baby's time is important. But obligation is not a only mom. Daddy also has obligation.
And she can get birth vacation from company for her baby.

2. Parents have responsibility of their family atmosphere. One of parents is so busy and tired from work. The other care their patner comfortable.
- Wife need not become the other. Working outside also can helps husband by reduce his economic burden.

3. She keeps herself from overwork and hurtihg health.
- Housework is also labor.
